Situated in Ulyatt Road, Bupa Willowbank Village now has residents enjoying the village living life.
Our brand new village offers a range of one and two and three bedroom villas, which are warm, light, and spacious. All our villas are built with high-quality materials, so they look great, are comfortable to live in and are low maintenance.
The community centre is now open and includes library, gym, activity room, spacious lounge areas and a communal kitchen. (There are plans awaiting for resource concent and these will include an indoor swimming pool, outdoor bowling green and another gym)
Due for completion in September 2023 will be our 56 bed care home which includes rest home, palliative care and dementia care. Also we will have 16 serviced apartments.
