The village is positioned for maximum sunshine on the lower slopes of Te Mata Peak and is just a short drive to Havelock North town.

Our village centre is the heart of Summerset in the Vines. It is home to a range of wonderful facilities including the Divine Café, library, resident lounges and social spaces.

Our village offers a range of villas and apartments for independent living.

One of the benefits of living in a Summerset village is knowing that, should your needs change, a range of care options are available to you. Our modern care centre will offer rest home and hospital-level care within the village (subject to availability).

Come along to Summerset in the Vines where we will showcase our available villas and our economical one-bedroom apartments. Villas range in size from 100sqm to 125sqm, and we have 97 in total, so there is a true sense of community in the Vines, and you can be as active as you would like. The one bedroom apartments are ensuite with open plan living/dining, 40sqm with a lovely patio facing east or west to maximise Hawke's Bay sunshine. Guided tours will be available between 10am and 1pm, or stop by the sales office to pick up an information pack and have a self-directed visit.
