Kaiapoi Lodge

We are a small village with only 4 Villas accessible on Smith's Street in Kaiapoi right alongside our Rest Home and Hospital. Our four Villas have formed into a welcoming and friendly home for our Residents.
Our Villas have bright and airy spacious living areas with the kitchen and both bedrooms leading off from the lounge so there are no corridors to have to manoeuver.
Two of our Villas have internal garages, the other two offer off street parking for small cars only or street parking
Heat pump
Covered porches that are spacious enough to accommodate small outdoor seating.
There is a service charge of $125 which is paid weekly or monthly this charge covers Rates. Insurance (not personal items), Grounds maintenance, exterior and some interior maintenance
