Our village centre is home to a stunning range of resort-style facilities, a Ministry of Health certified care centre, serviced apartments and our award-winning memory care centre. Summerset's continuum of care means that should your needs change in the future, you will be able to access additional levels of care and support in your own home, in your serviced apartment or in our care centre (subject to availability). And, if you ever need ongoing care, as a resident you‘ll receive priority access, right up to hospital level and dementia care. You’ll always have peace of mind of knowing all support needs are taken care of without having to leave the village.
Once the Village Centre is complete, Summerset by the Dunes will be humming with a range of on-site activities and features. This includes a café, exercise room, library, hair salon, vegetable garden, bar, indoor swimming pool & spa pool, lounge, and barbeque facilities. An on-site Activities Coordinator will also be joining the team to organise events, outings, and activities every week.
