Part of the close-knit Te Puke community, Carter House is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, just a hop, skip and jump from the Te Puke shopping centre, where you’ll find all the essentials including a bank and pharmacy. We offer everything from podiatry to hairdressing, speech therapy & physiotherapy.
We have a range of recreational activities including happy hour, board games, cooking, crafts and indoor bowls.
KEY FEATURES
Unit 15 is located on private village grounds, has a friendly community, and a peace of mind maintenance service. The is 2-bedroom unit has a full kitchen, combined bathroom, laundry and heatpump to keep you warm, and is in the heart of the village plus the added bonus of a garage. Vincent is available to answer any questions or to arrange a private viewing.
MONTHLY OUTGOINGS
The monthly village outgoing fee is $625. This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
