Special Features
| Hi, my name is Nicci and I am the Facility Manager here at Ultimate Care Group Churtonleigh. We are a small Rest Home situated in the heart of Churton Park. The environment of our facility is warm and friendly and I see our size, (only 34 beds), as a point of difference as we are able to offer a more personalised and relaxed approach in ensuring our residents and families are happy. We are very fortunate to have 3 lounge areas to relax in and 2 outdoor spaces. The views across the valley are incredible! Upstairs we have 2 spacious, one bedroom apartments. Our apartments are light and newly decorated and can be accessed by either stairs or a lift (please refer attached photos). There is a kitchenette for you to make yourself a cup of tea or light snack but one of the fantastic things about living with us is that all amenities such as cleaning, laundry and all meals are provided for you. Our apartments are ideal for either a couple of individual seeking Rest Home level or Private care as per our facility ARC agreement, noting that all applications are assessed on a case by case basis. Here at Churtonleigh we are all about family and making the last stages of your life relaxed and enjoyable. Out Activity programme is varied and we ensure that a variety of musical and dancing entertainers visit us regularly. We also enjoy exercising, arts and crafts, and lots of fun, interactive games. Our onsite van means that we have no trouble getting out and abut in our local community. When you arrive with us our activities team will spend time with you to find out what your interests are so we can ensure that we are meeting your needs. |
