We offer a supported living environment for the young community that need 24/7 assistance with the bonus of living in a more community based setting. Referrals can be received by either your gp or Te Whatu Ora. Our Supported living can benefit the younger community in many ways, with the wide range of day to day activities, around the clock support from Caregivers and Registered Nurses, a well structed lifestyle. We take permanent, respite or short term stay for people who need additional support before discharging home.
