Special Features
Our goal is to provide a quality environment in which each older person in our care feels secure, retains their independence and is supported by staff committed to their well being. Some of the features of the purpose-designed building are the wider doors, larger bedrooms with fittings for television and telephones, spacious wardrobes and sound proofing. There is plenty of living space as we have 4 lounges and numerous sitting alcoves, all of which have a different outlook and different furnishings. This means residents can have a changing outlook each day, which adds interest and variety. Our award winning gardens are flourishing with a wide range of plants providing colour all year round. There is plenty of outdoor seating allowing sunny spots to sit. Sheltered courtyards give garden views to internal rooms, with many rooms have sliding doors to access their own private piece of the garden. |

Interests & Activities
The activities programme is busy and interesting. Several volunteers provide support to these programmes which extends what we are able to do. Our minibus is regularly seen about town; at shopping malls, visiting local places of interest or simply taking the residents out for a drive. |
