Testimonials
Testimonials
"We are so grateful that our precious Mum is with you at Brookhaven. She is so relaxed and happy there and she often comments how lovely the staff are.'

" We visited our Mother today and I wanted to share the following: we experienced our usual friendly welcome and hello's from staff present. Mum's room is pretty, sunny with lots of fresh air. Everything clean and inviting. Her chair with toys & animals placed appropriately. In the lounge "Mr Bean' was obviously enjoyed by those present. Housie being played in the dining room. Afternoon tea - ice cream with optional sprinkles. Mum enjoyed hers. Her smile of contentment obvious. We value everything that makes this all possible. Thank you - these memories are precious for our family"

"Very happy & pleased with the wonderful care my mother is getting. She is happy, laughing & talking with others. Sharing lovely stories that happen during the day. Mum’s sister has said all the staff treat mum like a family member and really care. Thank you for all the caring support you give mam and her family".

"I and my family deeply appreciate your dedicated care and love towards my husband GO while in care at the facility".

"Thank you to everybody at Brookhaven who looked after Mum during her two years with you. Special thanks to those we got to know well through some difficult times. You all showed great patience with her and we appreciate that. Kind regards".

"To all the wonderful staff, thank you for all the care and kindness shown towards our father / grandfather during his stay at Brookhaven. You made his last years enjoyable – he always told us how happy he was".
