It’s a very exciting time with our village centre having just opened. A range of beautiful new homes are available including our serviced apartments, and homes in our industry-leading memory care centre specifically designed to support those living with dementia^.
Our memory care centre, offers specialist, secure dementia care at rest-home level in a purpose-built, safe and homely environment. We offer a range of spacious modern memory care suites and apartments. This enables residents to continue to lead active and positive lives in a secure setting.*
Key features of our memory care centre:
- Care is provided by staff trained in dementia in a purpose-built, safe, homely environment
- Our industry-leading memory care centre design is based on world-class dementia living.
- There are secure and inviting communal lounge, living and kitchen areas
- Sensor technology is installed in each memory care dwelling. Sensors are programmed to each resident's most common movements and routines.
- A diverse activities programme is offered seven days a week focused on meeting individual needs
- Prospective residents will have been independently assessed by the DHB as requiring rest home dementia care.
*All our memory care homes are sold under a licence to occupy. Care is subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
