Let us give you a hand,
If it’s time for a bit of help with day-to-day tasks, we can give you a hand. We are here to help support you and your family, make the transition.
Our friendly caring team are on hand 24/7. Families are a key part of our care space, and we love seeing you visit.
Your new room will be spacious, with your own en-suite bathroom. Bring along your favorite things to put your stamp on it. Many of our rooms have been completely upgraded, with a neutral décor to work with anything you bring to make the space home.
If you fancy joining in with activities, we do bus outings, movies in our lounge, celebrations (we can even do the catering for your own event), attend the physiotherapy class or music therapy. Or simply enjoy happy hour or get something to eat and a decent coffee with visitors from our café.
We pride ourselves in our food, with high quality ingredients, and a team of in house chefs, our menu is seasonal, our team can assist if you have different food requirements, and we have great meals for people that have difficulty eating. You can also grab a bite at the café or a treat from the tuck shop. Whanau are also invited to join in for meals.
If your needs change, we have a small private hospital on site our hospital deals with more complex medical conditions, or palliative care.
Rest Home Level Care: Requires an assessment of needs by a NASCA (Needs Assessment and Services Coordination), you may be eligible for a residential care subsidy talk to WINZ . Care rates are set by the local DHB and are consistent for all facilities in their area. We do charge premium room rates – as all our rooms have en-suites and are roomy 18sqm.
