St Clair Park is passionate about providing people who live with dementia, choice and continued independence. Our dementia unit has a secure outdoor garden area with sensory smells and ornaments. The staff team encourage and support people to safely continue with the usual daily activities, making a cup of tea, getting the mail in, doing the gardening and have a varied range of engaging activities within the unit. |
