"Thank you for all the great care that you do". Di, April 2017 "I want to thank all of the staff at Pinehaven Cottage for taking excellent care for my wife. She was really happy and settled with you, you all do such wonderful work, thanks." Brian, Sept 2017 "I just wanted to write this letter of appreciation for the wonderful care that my wife received during the time she was a resident at Pine Haven Cottage. All the staff have been wonderful, nurses, carers and also the administration staff were very compassionate, thoughtful and caring to both Hazel and myself. This dementia journey is not an easy one for anyone but all the people at Pine Haven Cottage have been absolutely marvelous and they have made this a lot easier than it would otherwise be". Bob. July 2021 "Thank you so much for your kind care of mum over the past five years. With lockdowns and all, you have provided excellent fun and care. Also appreciate the many activities provided to ensure life was still a participation event". Thanks so much Alison, Jan 2022. "We cannot thank you enough for your prompt and professional approach in providing care, fun and love to my husband/father, especially at the end of his life.
