Opened late January 2015, Bupa St Kilda is a newly built care home, with all the benefits of a purpose built modern building. We provide rest home, hospital and dementia care. The care home is located right next door to St Kilda Retirement Village, which opened in early October 2014.

St Kilda is located on the northeastern edge of Cambridge with plenty of garden areas and seating for family and residents to enjoy. This rural setting is peaceful yet still accessible to Cambridge town centre.

We offer a large variety of activities because we believe you should choose how you want to spend your day. There is a range of activities for you to get involved in if you choose to.

Bupa St Kilda is part of the Bupa group of rest homes, hospitals, retirement villages, medical alarms and rehabilitation centres. Bupa has no shareholders; our focus is on our customers. We invest all our profits to provide better healthcare to our customers and communities. Bupa is the largest residential aged care provider in New Zealand and are specialists in dementia care, providing around one third of dementia beds.

We love getting to know our residents and their families, who are welcome at any time. It is important we get to know you well, so we can deliver care that is right for you. You and your family are included in decisions about your care every step of the way.

You’re welcome to visit us any time to look around. Feel free to contact our Care Home and Village Manager, Clare Coles on (07) 827 0371 or 027 346 2728.

Testimonials
Testimonials
A homely place where residents and family are treated with the utmost care and understanding by devoted staff and management. Could not as a family ask for more and are glad our Dad is part of this wonderful environment.....Sue

From our first meeting with Minoo and Sharon Mum has been treated like a member of the family. The facility is so light and open and I love the views from the rooms- the outdoor area and the coffee shop are a welcoming area. Thanks St Kilda for making an environment where Mum can feel safe and cared for....Nikki

I have been at St Kilda a week and I have enjoyed the care and delightful staff and I hope to improve my well being over time. I could not have chosen better...Marie

I came to St Kilda when it first opened. I really like the whole clean atmosphere and the friendly attitude of staff. Everyone is very helpful and the food is great. ....George.

The best thing I like is to hear all the laughter, especially of the staff and if I ask for help you get it. It is really the most marvelous place to stay...Elly
