We are proud to introduce Teppett Flats, Lonsdale’s specialist Dementia Unit.
With a purposely build & designed interactive garden, which includes beach- like area, aviary, bus stop, letter box, waist high garden bed, washing line, grassed area for outdoor activities such as lawn bowls and beautifully maintained gardens, along with a boutique family feeling living accommodation. We also provide a full time Divisional Therapist to encourage daily activities for our residents. This includes memory boards with photos, hobbies and interests of the resident to help retain otherwise easily forgotten things for those suffering dementia.
Loved ones are safe and secure in our unit and cared for at the highest of standards.
