St Luke's Village is located in the heart of the Havelock North Village.

We are a friendly, caring community. Become part of our St Luke's family and make new friends in our lovely village.

St Luke's is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, right in the middle of the popular Havelock North village, where you’ll find all the essentials such as a supermarket, pharmacy and library. The location is convenient, and the Villas are beautifully appointed.

St Luke's is part of the Heritage Lifecare group of care homes and villages across the country. Waiapu House is just down the road, so when it comes to everyday life, Heritage Lifecare makes it easy with village, rest home, hospital, day care, respite and dementia care, so if your health needs change, we can care for you now and into the future.

At Heritage Lifecare, our homes reflect the residents who choose us, the local communities around us and the people that support and work for us. You are at home with us. Contact us today to talk through your needs.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
