At Lady Wigram Village, your service fee includes ongoing maintenance of the exterior, its grounds and the common areas, your contribution to rates and building insurance. Services provided will be weekly healthcare assistance, weekly housekeeping for apartment residents along with the option of a hot lunch, morning and afternoon tea.
Lady Wigram Village offers 101 villas, 78 apartments, a premium rest home, dementia and hospital facility.
Lady Wigram is a short walk from The Landing – the central retail hub of the Wigram Skies subdivision – and only a short drive from the city and all the facilities of the Hornby community, including The Hub shopping mall and the Hornby Working Men's Club. Close by suburbs include Lincoln, Tai Tapu, Addington and Westmorland.

One of the better aspects of retirement life is the comradeship of fellow villagers and I have been lucky enough to have made numerous acquaintances and friends so you never need be lonely.
