"Good morning Merrin, I just wanted to update you on my impressions of my new home after 10 days!! Merrin when my daughter and I walked through the door all those months ago we both thought this is it and indeed it is. The warmth from you and your staff towards me has been wonderful and their help too from Sepi and his staff in the kitchen Judy in the garden Stephen and of course the residents who I have met all have gone out of their way to make me welcome. It is truly one of Auckland's best-kept secrets and I agree it is word of mouth not pages of advertising that people will hear about it and love it as much as Bossie and I do, so a big thank you cheers Bossie and Angela" (we are pet friendly - Bossie is a dog)
