Carter Court has 6 2 bedroom Right To Occupy Retirement Units with modern features including a brick exterior, double glazing, full insulation, single garage, heat pump and a fully equipped kitchen. The units are located in a quiet, central and sunny location next to our main facility. They are warm and spacious set in park like grounds, within walking distance to the Carterton shopping centre, local pharmacy, supermarket and medical centre.
Residents are welcome to access a variety of services, such as our daily activities programme, meals, laundry, regular podiatry visits and hairdresser.
We currently do not have a Right To Occupy Retirement Unit available for sale. Enquiries are welcome and a Register of Interest is held for anyone wanting to be contacted should a unit become available. Please contact Jo McDonald on 06 379 8075 for further information.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
