Bupa Fergusson is a welcoming, modern retirement village offering you independence, community with 24-hour emergency call system. Our original Fergusson Retirement Village consisted of 35 units, with a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, plus our lovely Villas.
‘Riverstone’ our new development offers an additional 50 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with views of the surrounding hills. This facility has excellent communal areas which are well used, for many different types of activities. You are also able to wander around our attractive gardens.
Bupa Fergusson is the place to get the most out of life, with a strong sense of community, our residents are assured that they will be looked after if their future care needs change, thanks to our Bupa Fergusson onsite Care Home.
Village life can be fun and active or quiet and relaxing – it’s totally up to you. Our range of activities and entertainment events will offer you a chance to mingle with like-minded people.
You can find us nestled in tranquil Hutt Valley, close to all amenities and a short drive from the heart of Upper Hutt City.
