Extracts published from the Majority of Residents in the village in response to some negativity from two residents who had left the village. One had already been in another village prior. "The Boulevard is where we've chosen to live. For nearly every resident here, our villas and this community are now our 'forever' homes. It is an enjoyable and secure village - delivering the comfort and peace of mind we all looked for, tailored to the needs of us aged 55 plus. Our friends and neighbours are now numbering 96 residents. Apart from passing on or due to medical challenges of aging only three residents have chosen to leave. Within their own personal reasons to do so, two of these residents have publicly blamed the village manager and owner. The alleged experience of our former neighbours has also been used for wider political purpose, painting an untrue picture of our village and our management just when the wider review of retirement facilities is underway. To conclude that the experience and choices of these two residents represent the prevalent culture and day-to day reality that is our home is not only incorrect but unfair and attacks the heart of our community. We've had enough and we're over it. There will always be a range of personalities to be accommodated. It also means treating each other with respect and maturity when issues arise - not creating fear, running down our homes reputation, and not using your neighbours and their investments as pawns in a wider agenda. We chose The Boulevard, and we will continue to enjoy living here". This was signed by the majority of residents in the village.

The Boulevard is a privately owned boutique village
We will have 74 villas which will all be architecturally designed and our villas stand out for their design and individuality. We have our last villas underway in this stage as of April 2025
This is very evident when you drive into the village.
We will not be a large village but that adds to the appeal.
Our villas are spacious both in the two bedroom current villas at 118sqm to the three bedroom villas at 180sqm.
We supply everything from the soft furnishings to the fridge, microwave, electric fire, heat pump, Televison, washing machine and dryer. Just move your furniture in.
