The expansive 1400m² Residents’ Lodge was completed in 2023 and is the social heart of the village. Architecturally designed to complement the stunning alpine location and celebrate the Arrowtown aesthetic, this building provides a range of social and quiet spaces, inside and out. Facilities provided at the Lodge include: private cinema; fireside lounge and dining spaces; Residents’ Club Bar; salon; fitness centre; indoor heated pool; spa; and library. Outside, residents enjoy our community gardens, pétanque piste, barbecue and outdoor dining areas, walkways and more.
Our professional and friendly village staff provides unmatched service to our resident community, offering support where needed, along with a variety of entertainment and activities.
All residences at Arrowtown Lifestyle Village have been thoughtfully designed by specialised architects. The vast majority of villas are free-standing with ample outdoor living spaces, and all feature double glazing, insulation and covered patios to suit the local climate. Villa construction is nearing completion, with the townhouse precinct to commence construction in 2025.
