There are a total of 11 fully self-contained rental units available for seniors to rent.
Set in stunning tranquil surroundings with views out to the mighty Otamatea River and nestled into attractive gardens while facing the sun, these units contain 1 bedroom and offer a village-like friendly atmosphere.
These are well suited to individuals or couples with a layout offering peace of mind that should more assistance be required in the future, assisted care options are available on-site. The medical centre being on-site is another additional advantage, along with local shops, a post centre, pharmacy and cafe being located very closely nearby.
These units provide an affordable stable housing option for seniors in a supportive friendly village-style setting.
We were thrilled that each unit recently was enhanced with the installation of a heat pump and other ventilation to meet the national ‘Healthy Homes’ standards. These are very popular and become a long term home, enabling our pensioners to transition to increased care within Riverview should this be necessitated by health needs in later years.
