Ultimate Care Madison is a friendly and well-established Aged Care Facility that provides a high standard of care for our Rest Home and Hospital level care residents.

Madison has been part of the Levin community for over 20 years. Situated in a picturesque setting, our well-appointed 53 bed facility is built around well-maintained grounds with a spacious private courtyard which is enjoyed by residents and families.

On our site we also have 18 independent Villas, whose residents can access some services from our facility. Also they have the added peace of mind that the Facility offers Rest home or Hospital care if their needs change.

In the facility we have spacious communal lounges and 2 dining rooms where we offer nutritious home cooked meals from our onsite kitchen.

You may wish to join in with our busy activities schedule which would see you socializing in a friendly environment with likeminded people.
Respite care is available however some conditions may apply.

Premium room charges may apply for some rooms at our facility with a minimum charge of $10.00 per day to a maximum charge of $25.00 per day for a new resident
