Ultimate Care Kensington Court has been well establised in the Nelson community for over 20 years.
We provide residential care for those who require a high level of medical care and support. By working in partnership with residents and their family we provide personal tailormade care plans.
Our long serving staff are committed to providing our residents with the best possible healthcare services combined with the highest standards of nursing care.
For those that wish to join in we have a daily activities programme that offers a varierty of activities from arts and crafts to dancing and excercise, games and outings.
