Summerset Boulcott is a brand-new retirement village, centrally located in the heart of Lower Hutt. The picturesque village sits adjacent to the beautiful Boulcott’s Farm Heritage Golf Club and offers stunning views of the surrounding valley and lush greens, a range of resort-style facilities, and a welcoming community – all safe and secure in our gated village.
We provide the high quality care that you can expect from Summerset, delivered in a range of home choices. From serviced apartments, care suites in our care centre and memory care suites and apartments in our industry-leading memory care centre.
Our modern, purpose-built care centre at Summerset Boulcott offers a range of care services designed to meet the level of care you need including rest home and hospital-level care. (Care is subject to certification, availability and eligibility criteria.) Our friendly and professionally trained care centre staff include caregivers and registered nurses, available on-site 24 hours a day.
Our care suites once certified will offer both rest-home and hospital-level care. Our suites can accommodate a comfortable chair, other small furniture items and personal belongings. All rooms include a TV, a heat pump, and a small kitchenette for making a cuppa.
Before you come to Summerset Boulcott for care, you will need to have had a NASC assessment which determines the level of care required to ensure our care team can confidentially meet your needs.
