Testimonials
"I would like to thank Banbury Park for wonderful care you have given to mum, since she moved there beginning of February this year. the carer, the RN's, everyone is so lovely, and the level of care is excellent. Then in May, her 100th birthday! Wow! the beautiful lunch, all the attention, flowers, cards - she was so thrilled. she could not believe everyone was making such a fuss of her. I would especially like to thank Joy, Vaneesa and Katia for everything they did." "Staff are very welcoming and the most friendly of all the 4 Facilities he visits." – Minister John “It was a triumph thank you all so much for such a joyful celebration of Mums (100th Birthday) life Mum was thrilled with everything and couldn't believe the card and beautiful flowers from Banbury The food was exquisite and loved the cake and beautiful decorations We will always remember this Mum is so fortunate to live at Banbury with such a caring staff ,From Ann and Trish and family” “Thank you so much Veera. You and your team of beautiful people have been nothing short of amazing throughout our whole emotional journey of moving Mum into your care. I cannot thank you enough for everything you have all done to care for our Mum and your patience and kindness as we as a family have navigated this huge change in our lives.” – Ann “To all Banbury Park nursing staff, I just wanted to thank you for taking care of my mum. it wasn't easy for her to adjust from home to care, but you did the best you could to accommodate her. I want to thank martin & eric in particular for keeping me in the loop with my mum's care, the communication was much appreciated. I am grateful for the kindness and empathy shown. it wasn't easy dealing with this on my own, so thank you for the support.” – Giovana My brother, David Collins, was recently in your care, and he passed away on the 12th January. I would like to thank you very much for the care and respect you gave him. It means a lot to me being so far away in Auckland to know that he was well looked after - both him and his wife, Dianne. I managed to see him a few days before he passed and was able to witness firsthand the professionalism and care from all your staff. Again, Thank You!! – Glenn |
