"The warmth friendliness and care provided to Mum was amazing the room was bright with lovely outlook, the Management and staff communicated regularly and never hesitated to respond to our questions or requests" Green Family 2024

My mother has been a resident of Ashlea Grove Rest Home at Milton for coming on ten years.
In that time, she has benefited from the friendly, dedicated staff who work with dedication and good humor and always have Mum's best interests at heart.
Communication with the owners is open and accessible and they are responsive to suggestions or concerns and the staff are excellent as regards their interaction with visiting family.
The rooms are large, full of light, clean and well serviced, and have recently been refurbished.
Mum is provided with tasty, well-cooked meals to meet her nutritional needs.

"In our Mum's words "Thanks to the Rest Home Management, Nurses and staff for all you’ve done for me over the years".
It gave our family peace of mind to know that Mum was well looked after and cared for by the staff at Ashlea Grove Rest Home.

"When my wife was diagnosed with dementia and needing full time care, we checked out Ashlea Grove Rest Home in Milton.
We immediately had a good feeling about the home, the staff, nurses and carers.
The facilities were well maintained and clean, with plenty of room, and we were given three rooms to choose from at that time.
When visiting from Alexandra, we were always greeted by first names and consulted about everything related to Joy's care. If I was visiting at meal times I was always included.
The generous offer for the family to use two rooms, to be present with my wife in her final weeks was appreciated.
Joy was a resident of Ashlea Grove for two and a half years, and she was always treated with respect, compassion and care.
People often asked me if I would bring her to a closer rest home, when space came up, but we wanted to do what was best for her not me, and she was content and secure at Ashlea Grove.
I observed a lot in the many trips down to visit Joy, and I was always relieved that she was receiving such great care." 30.06.2022

" I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the care given to my mother during her stay at Ashlea Grove and wish them well for the future" 11-07-12

" I am dropping you a note to let you know that in the short time my sister-in-law .... was in your care, she really loved being there. She said she had lovely meals, really nice home made baking, really nice company and you were all so caring.
Too many times today all we seem to hear is negative comments, so I thought I would pass on .......... appreciation and ours." 6-01-2012

" To all the Staff at Ashlea Grove
On behalf of the family I would like to thank you for the exceptional care of our father. Some of his happiest days were at Ashlea Grove, where he enjoyed the care and attention of every one. I'm sure it will be a long time before he will be forgotten" July 2012
