Ultimate Care Rose Lodge is an intimate, calm, peaceful and welcoming aged care residence nestled in the heart of Invercargill, ‘The City of Water and Light’. We have been a trusted and reliable provider of care to the Invercargill community for many decades with some staff having worked for us for over 20 years. We are lively and diverse and believe in honouring the uniqueness of each of our residents, their choices, experiences, stories and spirits all of which make up who they are.
We offer rest home and hospital level care as well as 10 modern villas for independent living. All our residents receive professional, compassionate, competent and skilled nursing on a 24-hour basis. Our staff have access to a evidence based education program, this system is aimed at improving and enhancing care delivery and embraces a comprehensive approach. This allows for care to be delivered and provided for at an exceptional level.
Offering a varied and entertaining activities schedule which takes into account the interests and needs of all our residents and aims for maximum interest and fun is important to us. We also serve mouth-watering, home cooked food
every day.
We are a rare gem in the world of aged care today, while surroundings are important, it is the people that are the focus for us here. We strive not to be the biggest provider, but rather, to be the provider who keeps our promise to care for those who come to live with us. We measure our success by the impact, joy, integrity, feedback and quality of life we can provide for the people who we are humbled to support in their twilight years.
