We appreciate the need for these documents can often arise at inopportune times, and we are happy to come to you if need be for instructions and execution. We can advise in the structuring of your Will, including: • Drafting your Will • Asset distribution • Asset planning We can provide sound legal advice in relation to trusts, including: • Formation of trusts and trust deeds including family, investment, charitable and inheritance trusts • Advice on trustee obligations • Gifting • Trust administration • Winding up a trust • Retiring or appointing a new trustee • Resettlement And in relation to power of attorney and enduring powers of attorney: • The importance of an Enduring Power of Attorney • Advice on what type of power of attorney document best suits your needs • Drafting your Power of Attorney documents • Thorough guidance through the extensive new enduring power of attorney forms for both care and welfare and for property PPPR application to appoint Property Manager or Property Administrator If a parent, relative or other loved one loses the capacity to make decisions for themselves it can be a very stressful time for those around them.
