Tucked away in the coastal community of Waipu, Northland, is Ultimate Care Ranburn. Only 40 minutes from Whangarei, we offer a rural lifestyle whilst still being situated right in the heart of Waipu's town centre.

We believe the most important factor for our residents is to assist them to live a full quality life, in a warm, friendly and family-oriented environment, one that respects and celebrates their individuality and life.

Visitors often comment on the sense of community at Ranburn and how beautiful the setting is. We are also lucky to have a number of wonderful beaches, markets and community events which we visit often on our many outings.

Staffing qualifications and details Our staff are long serving. All nurses hold comprehensive first aid certificates. All dementia staff have Dementia for Older Person certificates.
Details about meals Our meals are beautifully prepared on site by our kitchen chef. As well as having a large dining room, we also cater for residents preferring to stay in their rooms occasionally. We can also cater a meal for a family member.
