Testimonials
Our family, we were shown compassion, sensitivity and exceptional professionalism. We were made to feel like family and encouraged to make ourselves at home. For us, it was a challenging situation and we didn't know what to expect. We received constant reassurance and support. It was a privilege to be able to participate as the team (some of who's names I did not catch) came together. Everyone spoke to dad and maintained his dignity. We are lucky, so very lucky, and we wish to commend the staff at Oakdale and are so pleased our Mum resides here to. While my wife was only in your care for 5 months I feel we are deeply in debt to Cambridge Oakdale. Every minute of the 5 months was full of the very best of care, love and empathy. Her constant smile was a testament to that care. Thank you so very much for all your compassion, care and consideration of our Mum Shirley. You all do such an amazing job, which is not really appreciated until a loved one is in need. |
