Te Mana is a place where staff go out of their way to make residents and their families feel welcome. Specialising in Hospital level care, you can have peace of mind knowing we’re equipped to cater to individual needs and provide support for residents who need extra help. Te Mana offers a choice of standard and premium care rooms, so no matter your needs or budget, there are options to suit.

Te Mana offers the following levels of care:

• Rest Home
• Hospital
• Respite
• Palliative/End of Life

We don’t have visiting hours at Te Mana because we know it’s important you stay connected to your community. Just like at home, friends and family can join you anytime for a cuppa and a catch-up. We’re conveniently located close to the motorway, so it’s a breeze for visitors to pop in or get you out and about to local shops and cafes.

Hop in our van for a jaunt, you’ll never know where it will take you next. A scenic drive through the countryside, shopping trips or picnics in the park, there’s an exciting new destination each week. Or if it’s music you’re into, enjoy some me-time listening to your own personalised playlist with our award-winning I Love Music programme.

Oceania is a leading provider of premium healthcare services in New Zealand. With over 40 locations across the country, we’ve been part of local communities for over 50 years. We’re recognised as industry leaders in care, winning awards for innovation, food, staff training and community engagement.

When it comes to your care, you know what you do and don’t like – and we want to know your preferences too. Because everyone is different, all of our residents get a personalised care plan, so from meals to medications; everything that’s important to you is covered.

Testimonials
Testimonials
"immediately impressed with warm hearted welcome and exceeds our expectations. Never once during this time were we made to feel that we were an intrusion, but instead treated with much love and respect and shown a level of care, hospitality and professionalism that left us in complete awe" - Daughter of a resident.

"wonderful place for elderly, they feel so comfortable and happy here" - friend of a resident

My Mother is doing really well, the family have noticed a vast improvement in her health already. The family is so pleased and say that there is 'new hope. 'Mum can be difficult but staff are great, they are very friendly and approachable. Charissa especially has been wonderful. Mum is very sociable, but is not getting very involved in the activities, but she is being encouraged to try them. I think Te Mana is wonderful and hopes to become a resident one day, "its perfect".
