Testimonials
"Dear Margaret, PFH staff, nurses and caregivers, I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to you all for the wonderful care for our beloved Mum Nella. When I popped in with her ironing today, I found her wearing a beautiful yellow blouse that I hadn't seen before. She proudly told me that "they all had one" especially to celebrate Daffodil Day. Please tell Danny that was so very proud to be wearing her special blouse today - such a kind gesture on his part! Mum looked beautiful, with her hair done nicely, makeup expertly applied, and wearing some matching jewellery. She looked radiant as I complimented her on how beautiful she was looking. I can see that she feels loved and very content. This is thanks to you all... I was brought to tears with gratitude for the way she is cared for with such humanity. We can't thank you enough Please know that all those extra little gestures, the kind words, the friendly smiles and life stories you all share with Mum do not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful to you all" - Nella's Family Our grateful thanks to the staff and management of Patrick Ferry House where Mum was very well cared for with affection and respect. We know she had happy times at Patrick Ferry House. Eileen's family Thanks to all the lovely carers, we can't thank you enough for all you do for Mum. Tanya & family I really appreciate the care and support you provided my Mother. The encouragement provided really helped in getting her mobile again. Gary Thank you so, so much for your care, your patience and kindness over the last few months shown to my Dad, myself and my family. Judi A big thank you for all the care you have shown me in the short time I have been at Patrick Ferry House. Everyone has been very kind. Mike (Interim Care Resident) |
