RSA visits, we join in activities with Senior Citizens, support from "Friends of Kaikohe Hospital", Art, Cards, Housie weekly, Church (several different denominations weekly), Cooking, Craft, Dancing here (Delightful song and dance session with MINDS group monthly) and visiting elsewhere, Entertainment, involved in inter-rest homes games and occasions, Exercises daily, Garden, Happy hour, we visit the Ngawha Hot Pools, Indoor games, Library, 2 Log fires, Massage, Outdoor games, Movies and large TV and video, Music regularly including Kareoke, Maori music and Poi, Newspaper reading daily, Quizzes, Shopping, Outings at least twice weekly. We are happy to escort Residents to town to shop or for appointments. Children from local Kohanga Reo often come to sing and perform for us. MINDS group comes for a song and dance session which is just magic. |
