At Longwood, understanding what you and your family needs is paramount, because that's the individualised care we want to provide. We know this means different things for different people, so we take care to involve family, and make decisions together.

We like to understand each persons likes and dislikes, so that we can build the care we give and the activities we provide around your preferences. After all this is your home, the place you should feel comfortable in.

At Longwood there are a range of interesting activities that you can choose to join in. However, if you prefer your own company, that's something we respect.

We will work with you to ensure that the right care is provided to meet your needs. We can also guide and support you through the process of coming to a care home.

We would love to have the opportunity to to talk to you about what we can offer. Please don't hesitate to visit our Care Home any time during business hours or contact our Care Home Manager Dianne Clark, on (03) 234 8099.
