A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Ultimate Care Rose Court. Our residents love being located in a quiet residential street, nestled amongst lovely homes and a caring neighbourhood.
We have a person-centre approach to all our residents at Rose Court and families are encouraged to participate in the care planning of their loved one.
Activities are tailored for our residents needs and for those looking for companionship and we have a close relationship with residents living at our sister facility, Ultimate Care Bishop Selwyn, just round the corner, so there’s a real sense of community as many residents already know each other.
