Visitors as usual (but not if you're unwell or recently returned from overseas)
Ultimate Care Oakland is centrally located in the heart of the Avenues and is one of the longest established rest home and hospital facilities in Tauranga.

We believe the most important factor for our residents is to assist them to live a full quality life, in a warm, friendly and family-oriented environment, one that respects and celebrates their individuality and life. Our trained nurses are specialists in aged care and we provide personal care plans along with tailor-made activity programmes.

There’s a real sense of community here, we have communal living areas where residents can spend time together relaxing and catching up and an open door policy when friends and families visit. We can also accommodate couples in the same room.

With the adjoining Oakland Apartments offering independent and assisted living, Ultimate Care Oakland provides a full continuum of care.
