| Palliative Care Palliative care offers physical, emotional and practical support to people with a terminal illness. We have a small team of registered nurses and experienced carers whose expertise is in end of life care. We make sure you and your loved ones feel supported and comfortable during this time. Help At Home We’re here to make your day-to-day stress-free and organised - whatever that entails. We help keep your home running smoothly. Tasks could include transport, shopping, light cleaning, meal preparation, dog walking. Companionship Companionship means caring. Our companionship services include everything from out of the house activities, spending quality time, archiving special memories to general day-to-day support like showering, dressing and toileting. Technical Assistance Stay connected! It’s a fast changing technological world and can be hard to keep up – let us help. We can help connect you to loved ones, no matter the time zone. Tasks could include banking / bill payments, smart TV, computer, iPad support. Respite Care Respite care is a crucial service that supports both caregivers and care recipients, promoting the well-being of both parties involved. Personal Assistance can help caregivers with respite, by offering specialized assistance tailored to the individual's needs in their own home. Wellbeing Our boutique service ensures your specific dietary needs are met, with a registered nutritionist on hand to make sure balanced healthy meals are available. Tasks could include weekly recipes, education, grocery shopping support. |
