AT HOME HELP - anything you or your loved one needs. NurseMaster carergivers can give the family caregiver a break and do activities, take to appointments, go for a stroll, give companionship, get the laundry done, light houseweork & prepare meals. Nothing is too much trouble. We can also do overnight stays.

VISITING YOUR LOVED ONE - wherever your loved one is whether in a resthome, dementia house, hospital etc we can attend to do a welfare check, helping to feed, ensure they get exercise & fresh air, entertain them with activities or just be there.

RESPITE CARE at HOME - Pack Your Bags & Let Us Take off the Load - whether you go for a day or a week NurseMaster carers will work 24/7 so you can have a break and we will take care of your dearest, the house & the furbabies

PALLIATIVE CARE - have a confidential chat to let us know how we can assist at this time

MINOR MEDICAL - discuss your needs with us

CLEANING & DOMESTIC - let us spring clean or do regular cleans

Our Caregivers & Nurses are interviewed, vetted & are experienced & qualified. They undergo a Ministry of Justice Check & Police Clearance. Our point of difference is we are very picky and certainly don't take anyone on our books; for our clients only the best will do.
NurseMaster was set up by health professionals wanting to better serve our elderly & vulnerable communities. NurseMaster provide all sorts of home care, assessing & tailoring your individual needs & wants.
With a wide range of services including palliative end of life care, some medical requirements, caring for a range of dementia clients, providing companionship, organisng diversion activities & undertaking household duties; no job is too big or too small.

NO MINIMUM TIME - We will even come for an hour. Our NurseMaster managers will endeavour to match clients & carers as much as possible; so every day can be a shared joy.
PHILOSOPHY - Each of us is an individual, we deserve to be heard and dignity & respect is number one.
Appreciating and interacting with life at its fullest for body, mind & spirit along with your animals, nature, art & activity all the little things in life. We know feeling the sun against your face and fresh air is so so important.
HOUSEHOLD HELP - companionship, cleaning and basic household chores eg, preparing a meal.
SHORT NOTICE - NurseMaster caregivers and nurses can usually come at short notice if there is a fall or something has happened; even after hours, for an hour eg just to check in on someone, give medication or feed the cat and get the mail if someone is in need or away in hospital etc.
INDIVIDUAL TAILORED PLAN - so we understand what is important to you, your family dynamics, what routines are in place & what you like & don't.
WE DO VISITS TO FACILITIES - we can do visits to hospitals, facilities, retirement villages; no problem. Many families just want peace of mind mum, dad, hubby or granny is comfortable, have what they need, have company & ensure they are eating meals or getting their fix of sunshine and vitamin D.
RESPITE CARE - Pack your bags we are coming to stay! Overnight and respite care is available and of course don’t forget we also have wonderful Nurses; specialised in all types of care, wound dressing, catheter and stoma care, compression, brace, bowel care etc
CLEANING - Cleaning is important and not easy when you get older. Let our cleaners give a regular clean or a thorough one. Wanting to downsize and declutter, easy ask us about that too.
PET CARE - If you have pets we can walk the dog, check in on feeds, take to vet etc

Jewel our Operational Manager is a registered nurse with extensive experience & qualificiations. Lou our Client Manager has a policing/teaching/sales background & first hand experience with her parents of navigating through the health system. She resided in the family rest home a teenager & regularly helped the residents. Angie our administration officer has an early childhood teacher background. She loves sharing her ukulele skills to brighten up people's days with a singalong; particularly popular with our dementia group.
NurseMaster has developed technology that connects carers/nurses with clients and facilities easily and quickly. NurseMaster have their own app; so instant help is at hand - a job is logged and goes directly to the staff who respond - we are front line; there when you need us, for even an hour.
