Care On Call home care and community services focus on supporting you and your family to help you get the most out of life. Our caregivers come to you, allowing you to receive the assistance you need, while remaining safe and independent in your familiar surroundings. We are here for you 24 hours of the day, 365 days of the year, with services that are tailored to meet your unique needs.
Free in home care assessments are provided by qualified staff on a no-pressure, no-obligation basis. We want to get to know you in your own environment to best understand your support needs, so we can provide caregivers that are the “right fit” for you going forward. Our caregivers are introduced to you to make sure you are comfortable with them before any care commences.
We are passionate about providing consistency of care so you’ll see the same caregivers regularly. Our greatest satisfaction comes from creating long-term relationships with our clients, and this underpins our company wide mission statement.

Whether you live in your own home, a retirement village or a rest home; our highly trained staff are provided with the latest available technology to ensure that you or your loved ones have the best support available. We focus on training, care and client compatibility, best practice and clinical oversight. Its your life and we want to help you live it to its full potential! Care On Call provide a variety of services tailored to the individual needs of you and your family. We provide care to clients under contract to ACC, MOH and on a private pay basis. Clients qualifying for Individualised Funding can also access our services. We provide care nationwide and have offices in Auckland, Tauranga, Palmerston North, Wellington, Napier and Christchurch.
