Te Ata offers Advanced Personal Care Services for Clients living in their own home who require more than just personal care and home help services.
Effectively we allow Clients who might otherwise be approved for Rest Home care to continue to live safely in their own home.
Our point of difference is in our frequency of daily servicing and our daily oversight,input and access to a Registered Nurse 24/7
We call on our Clients daily from dawn to dusk, visiting them up to 5 x per day to ensure their individulaised need and safety is met.
This individulaised service plan allows Clients to remain in their own home for as long and as safely possible.

Service Description
| Te Ata offers more than just personal care and home help We offer Advanced Care Services for Clients living in their own home who have higher, more complex personal and safety needs. In addition to advanced personal cares and household management, Te Ata takes responsibility for Client medication oversight and implementation, ensuring social and community link support and implementation and assistance of rehabilitation options. To ensure Client safety, we visit our Clients as many times per day as required, from administering medications first thing in the morning to securing clients homes and asssiting them with settling in the evenings. |
