Funding and Finance
Dilworth Hearing offers a range of hearing aid funding and financing options to help our patients.

There are several funding paths and finance options available to you including Government subsidy, ACC funding and Veteran Affairs. Your Audiologist will help you apply for any of these funding paths if you meet the criteria. You can find out more about the funding eligibility here.

At Dilworth Hearing we aren’t tied to one hearing aid manufacturer, so our audiologists will help you choose the device that is right for you, considering your lifestyle, budget, and level of hearing loss.

Hearing aid technology is constantly evolving and hearing aids can now connect to compatible phones, TV and music devices using Bluetooth and associated apps. When connected to one of these devices, they act like headphones, streaming sound directly to your ears.

Care and maintenance
For patients that purchase hearing aids from our Starter+ Technology range and above we offer a complimentary Standard Care Pack which includes the following:
• Introductory cleaning kit and consumable supply
• 20 packets of hearing aid batteries
• Free service appointments for the first 12-months
• 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on devices, 1-year warranty on receivers, chargers, and accessories.

Free service appointments include over-the-counter clean and checks and hearing aid adjustment appointments for the first 12 months. If replacement consumable items are needed during a free service appointment, then a $15 charge applies. Ear suction and other specialised appointments are excluded.
