Service Description
| Our services include full move management, decluttering, downsize planning, house sale preparation, packing, moving, exit cleaning, unpacking, media set-up, art hanging, home organisation and styling. We always tailor our service to meet your specific needs. We organise a complimentary face-to-face meeting to fully understand your needs and desires for your move so we can provide the best solution for you. Our Full Service move option can include: - Decluttering, including donating to your preferred charity or community; recycling and disposal if required. - Styling your house for sale. - Booking and complete management of pre-settlement house maintenance. - Professionally packing your household contents, including artwork. - Removals and, if required, storage. - Floor and furniture plan for your new home. - Booking and complete management of exit cleaning, media, technology and art installation in your new home. - On-site move day management. - Unpacking. - New house set-up – your beds made, bathrooms prepped, wardrobes hung and your kitchen organised. - Styling of living areas. - Complete project management of your move. - Unlimited email and phone access with your project manager throughout the duration of your move. |

Meeting the needs of older people
| Our team of skilled ladies have elderly parents ourselves, so we understand the need to provide a compassionate, comprehensive, flexible and graceful moving service. Understanding your and your family's needs is important to us. We work at the pace you need us to and understand this may mean working really efficiently to a tight deadline, or taking things a bit slower so you don't feel overwhelmed and are able to honour the significance of the event. Transparency is also important. We have as many face to face meetings as you need. We clearly and regularly communicate and document your requirements and the progress we've made to ensure we're on track with your desired outcome. If you need reassurance on any details of your move, we're always available to discuss and make changes if needed. We understand moving can be a highly stressful event for anyone and our job is to ensure this move is seamless, stress-free and enjoyable, particularly for our elderly clients. |
