Norfolk Court provides a lovely indoor / outdoor flow environment, with decking, garden and furniture areas, imitation lawn for mowing, childrens play area, a full sized recreational tractor and a clothes line.

Two separate lounges are available, a library area and piano.

Music and song sessions are provided regularly by local performers.

What's included in your fees and what's not All services, fees and any personal payments are outlined in the resident agreement, and discussed fully as part of the referral and admission process.
Staffing qualifications and details We have a wide mix of about 47 staff including nursing, caregiver, cooking, household, facility and administrative roles. We recruit based on the right attitude, skills and experience and promote ongoing staff learning and development. All staff participate in the in-service training programme covering a range of skills in rest home, hospital and dementia level care.
Details about meals All meals are cooked on site and recipes are planned in conjuction with a dietician to ensure that meals are varied, interesting and nutritious.
