We looked at one other and our minds were made up, Lady Wigram it is!!" - Lady Wigram Dementia Care Family Member, JS, November 2024 "My mum has been in your Dementia care facility since June this year. She has settled in nicely. Her personality has started to revive from where she was. The staff are absolutely lovely from the cleaners, cooks, carers, nurses. We are extremely happy with the care she is currently receiving. Sarah tells us all the stories of the things they get up to. It is great to see her mind being challenged! Thank you to all the team. We have felt a wait lift off us in regard to her care." - Lady Wigram Dementia Care Family Member, LB - November 2024 "My father has been living at Lady Wigram for 18 months. Thanks to Jacquie and her team for a lovely meal. All the stress of organizing was taken away from us, as you were so accommodating with what we could have on the menu, the set-up of the room, accommodating dietary requirements and flexibility in serving time. I had many compliments on all the above. Your team were friendly and accommodating throughout the function. The function room was a lovely setting and very relaxed. Thanks to Sarah for organizing the bagpipes to be played which brought tears to mum and many others. Overall, we had a perfect day of celebration thanks to the Lady Wigram staff." - Lady Wigram Dementia Care Family Member, GB - August 2024 "Our family will be forever grateful for the care provided by all the staff at Lady Wigram. In particular Sheenal, I vividly remember Dad's first day, indeed his first month, and how you were so caring and helpful during that challenging settling in period. Your empathy was much appreciated. Thank you for the amazing work you do caring for all your residents in Skyhawk and Corsair. Dementia is a hard road to travel but with people like you it becomes bearable." - Lady Wigram, Dementia Care Family Member - July 2024 "To the wonderful staff in your Dementia Care facility thank you so much for the care and guidance you have given us as a family in settling mum in."
