Special Features
Edmonton Meadows Care Home is a one level facility in West Auckland. It has well manicured grounds with spacious open environment tucked away from the main road. We encourage complaints. Your relative will never be disadvantaged by a complaint being made. Complaints draw our attention to the things we are not doing well and give us the opportunity to improve our service. By improving the service our business will grow. We therefore think of complaints in a very positive light and thank people for bringing them to our attention.

Staffing qualifications and details		We pride ourselves in our staff. They are motivated and interested in 'upskilling' and we ensure that each staff member has training. Staff are respectful and friendly. They are also very generous with their time which they often give freely to the service. We NEVER take this for-granted. A focus of care is to maintain the resident's dignity at all times.
Details about meals		We have home cooked meals by our excellent Ex-Air Force trained Chef. The dietitians recommendations are always implemented immediately. The Staff ensure that the resident have a sufficient intake of food & fluids.
