Located in Leamington, a short distance away from the charming town of Cambridge is Ultimate Care Cambridge Oakdale. We provide a peaceful, safe and comforting environment for our dementia residents. Residents are always treated with the respect and dignity that comes with our personalised care approach.

We understand and promote the idea that exposure to familiar memories through smell, sight, touch, taste and hearing can help promote a sense of well-being and calm for our residents. Our specially designed dementia friendly gardens and interior features have been created to provide stimulation and help trigger the senses.

Caring for someone with dementia can be very challenging, we are here to support residents and their families.

Registered Nurse Yes We have a dedicated team of registered nurses on site 24/7. Our clinical team will ensure that our resident's care plans are individualised and meet the needs of the resident.
Healthcare Assistants/Caregivers Yes We have a team of dedicated committed caregivers who, not only provide excellent compassionate care to our residents they also provide a homely environment that allow our residents to enjoy a safe and happy life.
Physiotherapist Yes Our Physiotherapist visits twice weekly who is able to cater to an individual plan for our residents.
Occupational Therapist Yes We have access to a qualified Occupational Therapist who can assess our residents needs.
Social Worker (on site) Yes We have a Community Social Worker who can have referrals made to.
Activities Co-ordinator Yes Our activities coordinator is much loved by all of our residents and families. There are lots of activities and outings, quiz times and fun times, as well as plenty of rest time in between all the fun.
Hairdresser Yes We have a hairdressers salon on site so our residents can have a bit of a hairdo without having to leave the safety and comfort of our home.
Podiatrist Yes Our contracted Podiatrist will visit once every six weeks routinely.
Dietitian Yes All of our menus have been approved by a dietitian. We can make a referral to dietitian services if this is required for individual consultation.
Chaplain/Spiritual Advisor Yes We can access a Chaplin through the various church groups which visit. This can be arranged on an individual basis as required.
