Established in 2018, Virtual Village East is a local network of mutual support and friendship that helps older people in the East Auckland community connect with each other, live independently and enjoy life.
As you get older, it’s vital to stay connected to your community and sometimes, to have a little support from others as well. Based on our 'Five Pillars of Ageing Well', Virtual Village East provides many of the benefits of a retirement village – activities, friendship and access to support services – so that you can keep living in your own home, your way.
