Service Description
Park Street Day Centre aims to provide opportunities for members to maximise their abilities which enables them to live in their own home for as long as possible.

The Centre is open from 10am until 3pm every weekday and offers a range of services including:
- socialisation
- relative relief
- craft and handwork
- assistance with skills for daily living
- transport to and from the facility
- morning and afternoon teas and a hot, nutritious lunch
- recreational activities and outings
- individualised care

We can arrange transport, so if this is required please discuss with the Day Centre Co-ordinator.
